Island Private Party in Cartagena Colombia

If you’re looking for a tropical Island Private Party in Cartagena Colombia with a little bit of sexy fun, look no further than this place. It’s a beach club inspired by Ibiza and the South of France, but with a curated vibe and great food and drinks.

Just a short boat ride from Cartagena, this is one of the most popular party islands in Colombia. This is the perfect day trip for a group of friends who want to have some fun in the sun.

Cholon Party Boat

Imagine throngs of people wearing nothing but swimsuits and a tan, dancing waist-deep in the Caribbean sun to music that seduces with its bass beat. It’s the Caribbean party, and it happens every weekend at Cholon Island.

Known for its fun atmosphere, this peninsula is where the Colombians love to meet and dance. Every weekend they organize a little spring break where personal yachts bring visitors from Cartagena to Cholon before playing loud reggaeton all day long.

You’ll need a boat to get to Cholon, but you can rent one for a day from several places around Cartagena. It’s not as expensive as you might think, and it’s a great way to spend an afternoon under the Caribbean sun.

Blue Apple Beach

If you’re looking to spend the day relaxing on a pristine Caribbean beach while enjoying great music, tasty cuisine and plenty of handcrafted cocktails, then Blue Apple Beach House is the place for you. Located on the southwestern side of Tierra Bomba Island, it’s about 30 minutes by boat from Cartagena.

During your stay, you’ll have access to multiple ambients and activities, including kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, sunbathing, massages, and beach volleyball. You can even book horseback tours for a memorable experience (helmets and chaps are included).

While Blue Apple isn’t a fully sustainable resort, its eco-conscious founder, Portia Hart, does her part to inspire sustainable practices starting with her local community on Tierra Bomba. She recycles more than 70% of her waste, uses solar power for electricity, raises livestock instead of relying on factory farming, and sources products locally and from sustainable stock. In addition, Portia’s Green Apple program donates funds to build recycling centers and invests in sustainable farming and fishing in Cartagena.

La Isla del Coco

A pristine paradise, La Isla del Coco is part of the Rosario Islands Archipelago and one of the 46 Natural National Parks of Colombia. Its iridescent waters and silky white beaches make it a dream vacation spot.

The island boasts a wide range of activities, including snorkeling, diving, sport fishing, jet skis, and more. It also features basic accommodation in picturesque beach huts, complete with thatched roofs and hammocks to relax.

As for food, Cartagena is known for its fried seafood and coconut rice dishes. The arepa de huevo (fried corn tortilla), empanadas, pasteles, and yucca fritters are all must-try snacks.

The city is also a walking destination. Its cobblestone streets and brightly colored buildings are a delight to explore on foot.

San Juan del Sur

San Juan del Sur is one of the most popular backpacker destinations in Nicaragua, attracting weary travelers seeking the perfect blend of beach and adventure. Its wide and long stretches of sandy beach are ideal for sun bathing or surfing, whilst its surrounding beaches offer more adventurous opportunities.

For foodies, the city has a range of restaurants offering dishes that will appeal to all tastes. But it’s the beachfront restaurants that really stand out from the crowd, with happy hour specials and live music a common feature of the local scene.

The town also has an art warehouse that offers creative activity courses regularly, and works with the community to help support educational development in villages around the area. You can also visit La Flor beach, which is home to thousands of Olive Ridley turtles that come here each year to lay their eggs.
